📦 Returns Policy

We stand by the quality of OnePress Hair Extensions. However, due to hygiene regulations and the nature of hair products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Once the security seal or hygiene tag has been broken, the product is considered used and cannot be returned.

We accept returns for store credit only under these conditions:

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • The hair is unopened, unused, uncut, uncolored, and in its original packaging.

  • You have your order number and proof of purchase.

Upon approval, you’ll receive OnePress Credit (digital store credit) to use on future purchases. No cash refunds will be issued.

⚡ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your extensions arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect — email hello@onepresshairextensions.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll replace or credit your order. Replacements are issued only after our team inspects and confirms eligibility.


🔁 Return Process (Store Credit Only)

  1. Email: hello@onepresshairextensions.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Approval: Once approved, we’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship: You’ll ship the item back to us unused and in original packaging (you cover shipping).

  4. Inspection: Our team will inspect within 3–5 business days.

  5. Credit Issued: Approved returns receive a store credit email redeemable at checkout.


🚫 Non‑Returnable Items

  • Any hair that has been opened, worn, dyed, cut, heat‑styled, washed, or altered.

  • Custom orders, clearance items, sample kits, and adhesive sheets.

  • Digital education or certification purchases.


🧾 Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds — only store credits. Shipping and handling fees are non‑refundable. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


🛠️ OnePress Hair Extension Warranty

Our hair is designed to last with proper care. We offer a 30‑day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only (not damage from wear, coloring, improper installation, or product misuse).

Covered:

  • Defective adhesive tabs or press‑on mechanisms

  • Incorrect color or item shipped

  • Tangling or matting only if unused and uninstalled

Not Covered:

  • Hair that’s been altered (cut, colored, washed, styled)

  • Damage from improper installation or product build‑up

  • Normal wear and tear

Warranty claims must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Description of maintenance routine and products used

If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit — our choice depending on stock availability.


🌍 International Orders

International orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Duties and taxes are non‑refundable. Damaged or defective claims will still be reviewed.
