OnePress Hair Extensions

Because our extensions are 100% human hair and considered a hygienic product, we cannot resell opened items.
To protect our customers and maintain product integrity, eligible unopened returns receive store credit.

Returns (Unopened Items Only)

We gladly accept eligible returns for store credit under the following conditions:

• You contact us within 21 days of delivery
• The product is unopened, unused, uncut, uncolored, and in original packaging
• The security seal / hygiene tag remains intact
• You provide your order number and proof of purchase

Once approved and inspected, you will receive OnePress Store Credit via email to use toward a future purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Opened or Used Hair

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened extensions
• Worn or tried-on hair
• Hair that has been cut, colored, washed, heat-styled, or altered
• Sample kits
• Adhesive sheets / Pressie Paper
• Custom orders
• Clearance items
• Digital education or certification purchases

This policy protects every client who trusts us with their hair.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email hello@onepresshairextensions.com and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or video of the issue
• A brief description

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

Return Process (Store Credit)

  1. Email us within 21 days of delivery

  2. Receive return authorization and instructions

  3. Ship item back unopened and in original packaging (customer covers return shipping)

  4. Inspection within 3–5 business days

  5. Store credit issued via email if approved

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

We do not issue monetary refunds.

Approved returns are eligible for store credit only.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, reshipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

60-Day Limited Warranty

OnePress extensions are crafted from 100% Remy human hair and designed for longevity when properly maintained.

We offer a 60-day limited warranty covering verified manufacturing defects only.

Covered:

• Rare adhesive defects
• Incorrect item or shade shipped
• Unused hair experiencing abnormal tangling or matting

Not Covered:

• Hair that has been cut, colored, washed, styled, or altered
• Improper installation or removal
• Product build-up or misuse
• Normal wear and tear

Warranty claims must include:

• Order number
• Clear photos or video
• Description of care routine and products used

Approved claims will receive a replacement or store credit at our discretion based on inventory availability.

International Orders

All international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective claims will still be reviewed within 7 days of delivery.

Our Commitment

We encourage all clients to use our Color Match Quiz, VIP Concierge Matching, or Shade Samples before purchasing to ensure confidence in your selection.
